We are strictly confidential with information that comes to our attention in connection with our mission. Documents are always kept in a safe and confidential manner.


INTEGRITY

Integrity We do not provide information on a candidate until we have received permission. We care about the candidate's integrity.


OFF-LIMITS

We do not recruit from our client companies. By client companies, we mean the entity with which we have had assignments, or a division within a larger group. What matters is whether we have increased transparency and understanding of a division or company as a result of our work. The off-limits areas are defined at the start of the mission. We never recruit candidates that we have placed ourselves as long as they are employed by our clients.
